Delivery by our furniture shipping company
All orders are delivered by our furniture shipping partner . Standard delivery is on pallet(s) to the curb and will be scheduled with you in advance.
📌 Important information regarding standard delivery:
- Delivery is made on pallet(s) to the curb .
- The customer is responsible for carrying the product in and assembling it .
- Buildings that are difficult to reach or mountainous regions require individual agreement and price calculation.
- Our furniture shipping partner will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date .
Shipping small items by post
For small items, we offer shipping via postal service .
- Packages are usually delivered without prior notice .
Self-collection
Self-collection from our store or warehouse is possible by prior arrangement.
Important notes for large pieces of furniture
📌 Please check before ordering:
- Is the piece of furniture transportable through your stairwell or elevator ?
If delivery is not possible due to space limitations , we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this case .
