Declaration regarding the duty to provide information

The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact us

When you contact us via the form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Data storage

Please note that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the internet connection owner, as well as the buyer's name, address and credit card number, using cookies.

Furthermore, for the purpose of contract processing, we also store the following data: name, address, email address, and telephone number. The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

If the purchase process is cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (7 years).

The data (name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase) will be stored beyond this period until the product liability period expires (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
